Ulysses Mexquitic took top prize at the Globey Game Design Competitions and Awards for his Globaloria game, "Dat Shark." His game beat out nearly 6,000 entries in the category of JavaScript Programming for Action Game. The awards ceremony was held at the State Capitol in Austin and included guest speaker, Robert Scott, ex-Texas Commissioner of Education.
