At the first annual Crockett Girls' Basketball Tournament, the Lady Cougars earned 2nd place, with a 4-2 record.
Ulysses Mexquitic took top prize at the Globey Game Design Competitions and Awards for his Globaloria game, "Dat Shark." His game beat out nearly 6,000 entries in the category of JavaScript Programming for Action Game.
Senior Servando (Bubba) Varela IV has received an appointment to the United States Naval Academy. Blue and Gold Officer Wilfred Navarro presented the award at the Cougar Gold Awards ceremony on May 19.
