Welcome to Crockett Early College Programs!
Crockett's Early College Program is one of the many unique pathways to graduation. Over the past 5 years, students have achieved Associate's Degrees in General Studies, as well as Level I certificates in Construction. We have now added a new pathway - Game Coding & Design! This computer science-based program leads to a Level 1 certificate as well.
Over the past two years, we have had 86.7% of our students successfully complete their program!
At our campus, we have an awesome advantage in that our Austin Community College campus is directly across the street! This means that students don't have a commute (in most cases)! Students also have many people to support them, including their cohort counselor, Early College Coordinator, ACC Success Advisor, and more!
Because ACC does not have classes scheduled on Fridays, students spend their ACC period in the library doing various activites. These activities include Collaborative Study Groups, SEL/CP&I Lessons, and independent work time. We also offer tutoring in courses via students who have completed the course, on-site tutors, or by scheduling students to visit the Learning Lab at ACC.
