Upcoming Austin ISD Vaccine Clinics
AISD's goal is to get as many students vaccinated as possible before the new school year. The COVID-19 vaccine pop-up clinics are open to students, staff, family/community members ages 12 and older and do not require registration. As we near the start of the school year, there are several vaccination opportunities (Pfizer) is available around Austin ISD and at Crockett for anyone who qualifies for and still needs and wants to be vaccinated. The following are two clinics available for qualifying members in our school community:
Covington Middle School: Monday, July 26th, from 3:00-6:30pm in the Covington Cafeteria.
Crockett ECHS: Wednesday, August 4th, from 3:00-7:00pm in the Crockett Cafeteria.
Every individual receiving a vaccine needs to have a completed consent form. Ages 12-17 will need to have their form signed by their parent/guardian, in advance, if their parent/guardian will not be able to join them at the clinic. This information and form can be found in the sign up link.
Parents accompanying their children will need to verify the child's age. This can be done by bringing a birth certificate, passport, vaccination record, prescription in their child's name, anything with a birthday works. Verbal confirmation of age will suffice as well.
Additional information regarding Austin ISDs vaccine clinics can be found here.
We welcome you to take advantage of this opportunity.
